Yoga Detox Flow

Feel good again with a flow that focuses on removing physical and energetic blockages from the body. A class that incorporates meditation, pranayama and body work. We begin with creative and dynamic movement and end with more passive and restorative postures. Get your body warmed up, flow with breath and then come down to your mat for soothing rejuvenation.

Bikini Bootcamp

A workout that will make you sweat! This cardio blasting whole-body session combines toning, functional exercises, hit segments and different props. Tone all the right areas and feel so good after!

Bootybarre

A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper bio-mechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level.

Reformer Workout

Not your typical Pilates class! Rather than choosing one movement modality over another, we design each class as a complete mind and body experience. Our sessions are creative full body workouts that fusion Pilates principles with different training and fitness techniques like yoga, barre, and cardio among others, while making full use of the reformer. A class focused on strengthening, lengthening and toning the entire body. Different props are used within classes.

 

Reformer Workout Basics

A beginners level class, perfect to start your Reformer Workout practice. Gain strength, endurance, mobility and learn the basics. Everything can be modified if you need it.

CY Sculpt

Our signature body sculpting class! Designed to shape your butt, arms and abs and make even your soul shake. Done almost entirely on the floor, this session combines Pilates mat and dance inspired movements with high repetitions and light weights. A session that will get you lean, toned, sweaty and full of good vibes.

Yoga Morning Flow
